Pickups are available for three days starting the day after your item wins, during our hours of Tuesday to Friday from 12:30PM to 5:30PM and Saturday from 9:30AM to 2:30PM. Pickup is at 2809 Howard Litzler Drive, Suite 300, Covington, KY 41015. Please test your items before leaving the building at our powered testing station to confirm their condition. Once you leave, we cannot offer returns, discounts, or refunds.
