Buyer's Premium

A 16% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.

Auction Pickup

This is an online-only auction. Please refrain from bidding if you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pickup times. Items not picked up within the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be relisted or disposed of at the discretion of BidLOA Online Auctions. Pickup times will not be extended, and no refunds, chargebacks, or bidder credits will be issued for abandoned items.

Placing Bids

All bids placed in this auction are final and binding. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be reversed. Before placing a bid, you must carefully review all information provided for each lot, including item descriptions, photographs, pickup days and times, pickup location, and any additional details provided. Payment

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will ALWAYS be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified. You must have the available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. At the conclusion of the auction, you will be sent an email with a total of the items you won.

Unpaid Invoices

Having an unpaid invoice will result in immediate account suspension. Reinstatement will only occur when all open invoices are paid in full. Unpaid invoices that total $250.00 or more are subject to a 10% reinstatement fee.

Accessing the Website and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users. You are responsible for:

Employees, officers, directors, and owners of BidLOA.com ("Company Personnel") are permitted to participate in and place bids on auctions hosted by BidLOA.com, subject to the same terms, conditions, and procedures as any other user. Company Personnel are not restricted from winning auctions, provided that they comply with all applicable bidding rules, including, but not limited to, those regarding fair play, conflict of interest, and any other regulations governing auction activity on the site. In the event that an auction may involve a potential conflict of interest, Company Personnel are required to disclose their role within the company before placing any bids. All bids placed by Company Personnel will be treated as legitimate and valid, with no preferential treatment or advantage.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

Condition Options

Brand New: The item is complete, unless specified. Brand new items typically come from shelf pulls or overstock.

Appears New: This refers to items that visually present themselves as brand new. However, please note that due to limitations in our warehouse testing capabilities, we are unable to fully assess the functionality of these items. While they may appear unused or in pristine condition, the extent of our inspection is confined to visual assessment, and we cannot guarantee complete operational verification.

Good Condition: The item is free from major damage or defects. It may or may not be in its original packaging, and the packaging could be slightly imperfect. There may be missing hardware or signs of previous opening. Minor scuffs, scratches, chips, or dents could be present. Good condition items usually come from customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, or in-store display units.

As Is: The item has not been fully inspected and may show signs of use, be incomplete, or have visible damage or defects. There are no guarantees regarding the condition, quality, or functionality of As Is items. While we strive to provide an accurate description, please note that details such as brand, size, color, or model number may differ from what is listed in the auction. As Is items often come from customer returns, shelf pulls, refurbished goods, or store liquidations.

Representation and Refund Policy

BidLOA strives to accurately represent each item in its current condition to the best of our ability. We provide the most accurate descriptions and photos available, based on product availability. However, BidLOA cannot be held liable for discrepancies in product representation. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to verify the condition and functionality of all items before leaving the warehouse.  A testing station with electricity is available for buyers to check the functionality of their purchased items BEFORE leaving the building. If the item's condition is found to be misrepresented, the buyer is eligible for a refund, but ONLY IF they have not yet left the building. Once items have been removed from the warehouse, BidLOA will not accept any returns or issue credits of any sort.
